Weight Loss Plan is planned around individual lifestyle, food habits, medical history, behavioural issues. This program makes you lose weight easily and comfortably without any starvation and monotonous diets. You will feel energetic and light as you progress with your plan. You can also enjoy foods of your choice, in consultation with your dietician. You can lose upto 6-12 lbs in one month’s program depending on your initial weight but DSL always recommends a minimum of 2 month’s commitment to keep the sustained weight loss..

Clients are guided on the dos and don’ts for the next week. Initially we encourage clients to contact us every 3-4 days followed by weekly meetings to record the progress being made and answer any queries or concerns.
Clients are always recommended to visit their primary care physician before starting out a plan especially if there are some concerns shown by the Nutritionist.

How it Works

Weight Loss Plan is a 12-18 weeks program depending on the initial weight. After a diet consultation a personalized plan is drafted in consultation with the client as per the food likes and dislikes of the client.

A detailed record is maintained over the entire course of the plan to observe any deviation from normal. Clients are always recommended to visit their primary care physician before starting out a plan especially if there are some concerns shown by the Nutritionist.

The cost of a 18 weeks program is $399. Clients have a choice of paying six weeks at a time for only $99 or a one time lower payment of $399 for entire 18 weeks.
